Mechanical Fiber Splices & Tool

Cleerline Mechanical Fiber Optic Splices provide a low-cost solution for connecting two fiber optic strands without the need for fusion splicers or other expensive specialized tools. Cleerline splices leverage index-matching gel and mechanical clamping to hold cables in place while aligning optical strands to minimize light reflection and signal loss.

To install, simply prepare the fiber optic cables for standard connector deployment and align the strands using Cleerline's Mechanical Splice Tool. 

Once installed, weatherproof splices using Cleerline's Outdoor Splice Cover. 

Cleerline Mechanical Fiber Optic Splices provide a permanent splice solution; however, they can be easily removed, repositioned or adjusted, making them a highly versatile and effective tool for joining fiber in-the-field.
