By downloading or using these images, you agree to the following terms:

1. Authorized Use

These images are provided for use by authorized customers, dealers, distributors, resellers, and sales partners for the purpose of promoting Cleerline products and related services. Images may not be altered without Cleerline's consent. 

2. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your use of these images, including the online or printed platform you use, the recipients you send to, your associated text, sender information, mailing lists and compliance with all applicable marketing laws.

3. Email Compliance

All email campaigns using these images must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any state, federal or international email marketing, privacy or anti-spam laws that apply to your business or recipients.

At a minimum, commercial emails should include accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, a valid physical mailing address, and a clear way for recipients to unsubscribe. The FTC also states that opt-out requests must be honored within 10 business days.

4. Permission-Based Sending

You should only send these images to recipients you are legally permitted to contact. Do not use purchased, harvested, rented or otherwise unauthorized email lists.

5. No Warranty or Legal Advice

These images are provided “as is” for convenience and marketing support. We do not guarantee that use of these images will comply with every applicable law, email platform requirement or recipient preference. These materials are not legal advice.

6. Platform Terms

If you send these images through any email marketing platform, you are responsible for complying with that platform’s terms, acceptable use policies, and content rules. 

7. Brand and Content Use

Cleerline logos, trademarks, product names, images and marketing copy may only be used in a professional manner that accurately represents our products and brand. You may not use the images in a way that implies unauthorized endorsement, partnership, exclusivity, certification or approval beyond your actual relationship with us.

8. Product Claims and Edits

Do not alter technical specifications, warranty statements, certifications, compliance claims, pricing, availability or performance claims without express approval by Cleerline. Note that product and company content may change and Cleerline is not responsible for dated content. Please contact the factory for up-to-date information. 

9. Indemnification

By using these images, you agree that you are responsible for any claims, complaints, penalties, damages or costs arising from your use or distribution of the images, including any violation of marketing laws, privacy laws or platform policies.

10. Right to Remove or Update

We may update, replace, restrict, or remove access to these images at any time.
