Fiber Transceiver - 10G BiDi SFP+ 1270/1330nm 20km Simplex LC
Cleerline Fiber Optic Transceivers provide compact, hot-swappable connectivity for media converters, network switches, routers and other fiber-enabled devices with a small form-factor pluggable (SFP) port. They're the critical component that converts electrical signals into light pulses, allowing a variety of signals to transmit over optical cable.
Cleerline 10G BiDi SFP+ Transceivers transmit signals up to 20km (12.4 miles) over single-mode fiber at 1270nm and 1330nm wavelengths. By leveraging two wavelengths (known as WDM technology), BiDi Transceivers will simultaneously send and receive signals over a single fiber optic strand.
They require a simplex LC connection and support data rates up to 10G.
Please note: two matching transceivers are required for reliable operation -- one on the source end (A) and one on the destination end (B).
