Fiber-Based HDMI Cable Power Injector

The Cleerline HDMI Cable Power Injector is an essential tool when connecting fiber-based HDMI active optical cables (including the SSF-48UHD-AOC series) to underpowered or non-compliant HDMI devices. 

Active optical cables rely on compliant HDMI ports to provide power for the optical-based processing. When connected to an underpowered power, active optical cables won't perform properly resulting in unstable images, lost audio or simply no picture. 

The Cleerline HDMI Cable Power Injector solves this problem by injecting 5V power from a USB-to-HDMI connection, thereby ensuring the active optical cable is properly powered.
