Important: These email templates are provided for customer and partner use. By downloading, customizing, or sending these templates, you are responsible for ensuring your campaign complies with all applicable email marketing laws, privacy rules, unsubscribe requirements, and email platform terms.
By downloading or using these email templates, you agree to the following terms:
1. Authorized Use
These templates are provided for use by authorized customers, dealers, distributors, resellers, and sales partners for the purpose of promoting our products and related services. You may customize the templates for your business, audience, and local market, provided that the core product information is not misleading or materially altered.
2. Sender Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your use of these templates, including the email platform you use, the recipients you send to, your subject lines, sender information, mailing lists, unsubscribe process, and compliance with all applicable email marketing laws.
3. Email Compliance
All email campaigns must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act and any state, federal, or international email marketing, privacy, or anti-spam laws that apply to your business or recipients.
At a minimum, commercial emails should include accurate sender information, non-deceptive subject lines, a valid physical mailing address, and a clear way for recipients to unsubscribe. The FTC also states that opt-out requests must be honored within 10 business days.
4. Permission-Based Sending
You should only send these templates to recipients you are legally permitted to contact. Do not use purchased, harvested, rented, or otherwise unauthorized email lists.
5. No Warranty or Legal Advice

6. Platform Terms
If you send these templates through any email marketing platform, you are responsible for complying with that platform’s terms, acceptable use policies, and content rules.
7. Brand and Content Use
Our logos, trademarks, product names, images, and marketing copy may only be used in a professional manner that accurately represents our products and brand. You may not use the templates in a way that implies unauthorized endorsement, partnership, exclusivity, certification, or approval beyond your actual relationship with us.
8. Product Claims and Edits
Do not alter technical specifications, warranty statements, certifications, compliance claims, pricing, availability, or performance claims unless you have verified that the revised information is accurate and current. 9. Indemnification
By using these templates, you agree that you are responsible for any claims, complaints, penalties, damages, or costs arising from your use, modification, or distribution of the templates, including any violation of email marketing laws, privacy laws, or platform policies.
10. Right to Remove or Update
We may update, replace, restrict, or remove access to these templates at any time.
